Doctor Exam Fee is in addition to any rabies, canine/feline distemper, canine leptospirosis, 1st canine lyme, 1st canine influenza, and feline leukemia vaccines.

Each examination with a doctor has an Exam Fee OR for a Recheck Fee. These fees also apply for any vaccine(s) or booster vaccine(s), that are given by a doctor.
